Lor is an app where AI puts together photo dumps from your camera roll and shares them with a few close friends. Doing that means the app works with some personal information: your photos, your phone number, and your contacts. This page explains what we collect, why, who it goes to, and what you can do about it. We tried to write it plainly.

Your phone number. You sign in with your phone number and we verify it with a text code. It identifies your account and it's how friends find you. We keep it on your account record.
Your name. You enter a first and last name when you set up. Your first name shows to people you invite and on the dumps you send. Your last name helps friends recognize you.
Your photos and captions. When you send a dump, the photos in it and any captions you wrote are uploaded to our servers and shared with the friends you picked. We keep them for as long as the dump exists.
Who you're connected to. When you add friends, we store that connection so your dumps reach them and so you can see theirs.
Messages to us. If you email support or send feedback from inside the app, we keep what you wrote so we can answer.
Your photo library. Lor looks through your camera roll to find moments worth sharing. That selecting happens on your phone. While you're still putting a dump together (a "draft"), we do not upload the photos. We only save the photos' local addresses on your own device, so your draft is still there if you close the app. The actual photo files are uploaded only when you send the dump.
Your contacts. To find which of your contacts are already on Lor, and to suggest people you might know, the app reads your address book. It does not send us the raw phone numbers for this. It turns each number into a scrambled, one-way fingerprint (a salted hash) and sends only those, which we match against other people's numbers. If you choose to keep a contact who isn't on Lor yet so you can text them an invite, we store that person's name and number on your account, visible only to you.
Notifications. We store a token from your device so we can send you push notifications, like when a friend's dump arrives or someone reacts. You can turn these off in your phone's settings.
How the timing worked out. Lor decides when a good moment to send a dump is. So we can tell whether those calls were any good, we record what you actually did after each one (sent it, held it, and so on) and when. This is tied to the decision, not to the content of your photos.
Basic technical info. The standard details that come with running an app, like your device model, OS version, and app version, which help us fix bugs and keep things working.
We don't track your navigation screen by screen, and we don't use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
